Joe’s most recent album with his band Finn’s Motel is called Fireworks or Lightning, a cinematic soundtrack to a story set in suburban and rural Illinois. It’s a tale of disaffected youth, vandalism, death, rebirth, the Tibetan Book of the Dead, and UFO sightings.

In his daily life, Joe is a father and a technical writer and illustrator for a medical device manufacturing company. In past lives, Joe was band leader and songwriter for The Finns (1988-95) and A-Ok (‘98-‘99).
