The good vibes continued on to day 2 of the inaugural Evolution Festival, with Americana singer-songwriter Brandi Carlile’s headlining set supported by folk rock guitar slinger Ben Harper and his band the Innocent Criminals, rap legend Ice Cube, country chanteuse Morgan Wade, North Carolina indie rockers the Nude Party, local folkers Yard Eagle, and a trio of solo projects masquerading as bands: Nashville-based Michigan native Jason Singer’s Michigander, local emo mainstays Foxing frontman Conor Murphy’s solo project Smidley, and Cincinnati-based songwriter Curt Kiser (a.k.a.
