Puscifer brought their experimental, genre- bending energy back to St. Louis last Thursday at The Factory on the “Normal Isn’t” tour. Opener Dave Hill entertained those in attendance with a comedy-themed musical complete with pickup lines tailored to the city and chants of his name to fill the gaps between. Maynard James Keenan (also of Tool and A Perfect Circle) took the stage with Carina Round following a comical digital rendering of the two as super heroes, reminding everyone in attendance that phones—and photos—were strictly prohibited, going so far as having the audience chant “I Understand” several times before beginning the set. The tour continues through May 14th, wrapping up in Los Angeles, CA. Tickets can be snagged here for an unforgettable night of theatrical rock. | Colin Williams
