Doug Benson is comedy gold. He’s hilarious, unbelievably funny, and he’ll surely be high…and he’s coming to The Funny Bone in Westport Plaza June 18-20 with five shows! His timing and subject matter runs from weed stories to bears that will F you up. I first noticed him on Chris Hardwick’s Comedy Central Show @Midnight and I was especially excited when he’d be on the panel on that magical four-year long comedy fan staple.
If you’ve been a long-time fan or are just discovering the podcast, you’re in for a treat with his Doug Loves Movies podcast, which has been going for 20 years now. He’s also made the round of podcast guest spots from Joe Rogan, Marc Maron, Pete Holmes. Currently on Comedy Central’s series The High Court, he’s done everything from VH-1’s Best Week Ever to guest spots on Curb Your Enthusiasm, How I Met Your Mother, Crashing, and so many more.
