Killer Mike held court as headliner for Saturday of this year’s Music at the Intersection, preceded by crowd-pleasing sets by New Orleans bounce music ambassador Big Freedia, the Los Angeles League of Musicians (a.k.a. LA LOM), and British blues band the James Hunter Six. Local St. Louis bands ruled the daylight hours, including Al Holliday and the Eastside Rhythm Band, the North/Latin American fusion band Manos Panamerica, roots rockers the Pernikoff Brothers, and a Jazz St. Louis Global Alliance showcase. On Sunday, the festivities returned to the Fabulous Fox for Fugees legend Wyclef Jean. | Jason Green
